I AM GLUTEN FREE/LACTOSE FREE, CAN I STILL TAKE PART?
Yes! All meals and recipe ideas will have substitutes as options for those with intolerance’s. Herbalife also has a Gluten Free, Lactose Free & Vegan range!
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO SPEND WORKING OUT?
The program incorporates between 20-35 minutes of exercise daily which is recommended. These are short, but effective workouts set as a guide but can be altered to suit individuals overall goals. Remember, it’s 80% Nutrition, 20% Exercise.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FILL IN A WELLNESS PROFILE?
Once you take the free wellness profile, you will be contacted to chat through your goals. If you choose to work with me, you will be provided with templates to help you plan, tips on how to incorporate balanced nutrition, recipes, along with exercise and mindfulness. You will be supported through the program and can ask for help anytime.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I FINISH MY FIRST PROGRAM?
Once you finish your first program, continue with your newly introduced routine to maintain a balanced lifestyle. If you think you need a bit more help getting into the habit, keep communicating and join a monthly challenge to keep you on target.
